Payment:
Must be made a minimum of a week in advance, in full, for the meeting link to be sent.
Failure to do so will result in the loss of your tuition slot.
Booking reference must be your childs name followed by the tuition slot date... (e.g. Bob1204)
NO BOOKING WILL BE CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE. THIS MAY RESULT IN YOU LOSING THE SLOT.
If you are a NEW CUSTOMER, payment must be made immediately to secure your first booking - this is to weed out time wasters. After the initial booking, the above applies.
If you are NOT happy with the above, do not book in for my services.
Cancellations:
A minimum of 2 business days notice is given (Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-8pm)
Failure to give a minimum of this will result in loss of your slot and full payment still being required.
I work for myself and by myself, so if you cancel last minute, I am losing out on earnings, hence why I will charge in full.
If you cancel with enough notice, then the slot can be moved to a more convenient time for yourself or filled from my waiting list.
